Over our one-hour session, I will take you through an extensive assessment to dig deep into why you want to make this change. I want to know where you are at currently and where you want to go.
✔️ Goal Setting
This assessment will help us define your needs and goals, and then together create a roadmap to success for you. I will use my 15 years of experience in the fitness industry to develop this plan, answer questions, and provide accountability. You will walk away from our session with a real plan that is aligned with your goals.
🤝 Flexible Options
These sessions are for you and can be flexible to your needs. If interested in more than one session, we can dive deeper into other topics as well. Want to focus on nutrition and a better diet? Want to get specific about certain exercises or training programs? Want to improve overall health and wellness? Want to do weekly personal training sessions? We can use our time together to achieve these goals as well.
