Hey! Iām Ryan and I want to share my fitness experience with you.
I am a certified personal trainer with 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement).
I wrote my thesis on the effects of exercise on anxiety and depression, and have used exercise to help relieve these symptoms, as well as improve mood, motivation, and confidence. My goal is to share the incredible mental health benefits of a regular fitness routine with as many people as I can.
Over the years I have constantly tweaked my workouts to make them more efficient and based on the latest research. Exercise saved my life and I know it can have the same effect for you as well :)
