  • Virtual or in-person (If you are located in the Washington, DC metro area this session can be held in person.).

  • I follow up each session with an action plan, which will set you up for success.

  • Future sessions can go in any direction.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING: This monthly program will get you access to:

  • Consultation & goal setting: We will start with a virtual meeting to get to know each other. I will take you through an extensive assessment to dig deep into why you want to make this change and what your fitness goals are. I want to know where you are at currently and where you want to go.

  • Weekly workouts: After our consultation and goal setting session I will then develop personalized weekly workouts that I will send to you. These routines will be informed by our consultation and personally designed to help you achieve your goals.

  • Email and text support: No matter where you are on your fitness journey, I am available to help answer questions, provide feedback, or change things up. Joining the Online Personal Training gets you 24/7 email and text support directly from me.
